Accounting & Operations Associate
FULL-TIME | PLYMOUTH, MN | Reports To: Operations Manager & ControllerResponsibilities:
Specific areas of responsibility will include:
- Create and issue customer invoices in accordance with customer contract terms, order forms, and current products/services.
- Process checks and electronic payments as needed; accurately apply payments to customer accounts/invoices.
- Clarify ambiguous information and document updates for alignment and visibility across all stakeholders.
- Maintain complete electronic customer files containing all contracts, orders, and communications.
- Execute A/R collections and dunning procedures, including emailing and calling customers to collect past-due amounts; collaborate with internal customer relationship owners regarding disputes or collections issues.
Operations:
- Set up and provide customer and user support for the AS LearningLink software platform; document and communicate technical issues with the development team.
- Process and track/troubleshoot shipments of AS training materials to customers and individuals; maintain inventory and transaction records for shipment schedules.
- Assist AS trainers with training workshop setup (prepare materials, name tents, refreshments, etc.).
- Process S2M customer video kit shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Support sales/marketing in preparing for speaking engagements, conference attendance, etc.
- Manage office supply inventory (monitor, order, restock, etc.).
- Facilitate office repairs and maintenance, as needed.
- Mail processing, scanning, distributing, and electronic file upkeep.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with A/P vendor bills and T&E reimbursements when appropriate.
- Assist with group or individual travel arrangements when appropriate.
- Help coordinate larger internal, client, and board meetings (arrange venue, accommodations, etc.).
- Assist HR when needed: e.g., employee onboarding/offboarding tasks (I-9 verification, laptop collection, etc.).
- Maintain process/procedure documentation and reinforce separation of duties within the team.
- Assist with the annual audit and tax filing processes with the external accounting firms to provide necessary supporting documentation and explanations.
- Other duties as assigned; we’re a small but mighty team within a very dynamic business. There will be a lot of opportunities to take on new things and grow within the role!
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree including some accounting coursework or equivalent experience
- Experience processing A/R, A/P, and G/L accounting transactions for a business-to-business company within a small finance team
- The highest degree of integrity, being both analytical and factual
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong documentation and organizational skills including data/information management
- A propensity to create and maintain written procedures for self and others to ensure consistency
- Proficiency with typical office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom/Teams, etc.) plus basic/moderate Excel skills (formulas, formatting, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com payables, Bill.com spend and expense, online banking applications, advanced Excel skills, and/or ERP implementation experience are a plus
- Reliable, eager-to-learn, team-contributor suitable for a small team in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills; easily gains the confidence of both internal and external relationships
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs.

BDR Manager/Client Success Manager

The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate expertise in sales and business development strategies.
As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, implementing strategies to achieve their desired outcomes, and leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to exceed targets.

Client Success Manager
FULL-TIME | REMOTE | Reports To: President, MarketingWe’re seeking a Client Success Manager to work in conjunction with a growth strategist as well as traffic to plan, organize, and execute client work in a timely fashion.
Specifically, this position is responsible for working as part of a team to deliver strategic marketing plans and develop comprehensive programs that incorporate the appropriate tactics (website design, email campaign, SEO, social media, etc.) for a select group of clients.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensure tasks and projects are done on time, and deliver results beyond every expectation is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a growth strategist to participate in the management of up to six full client accounts at any given time.
- Provide support to smaller client engagements, including special projects like website updates or copywriting.
- Assist with client kick-off meetings in conjunction with the rest of the team.
- Work in conjunction with the growth strategist assigned to your client accounts to ensure all work is delivered on time.
- Work with the growth strategist to plan, prioritize, and budget client recommendations and approved work in 30-day and 90-day planning cycles.
- Create work within the project management system (Accelo) to provide detailed guidance to the creative team on client work.
- Work with the traffic manager daily to schedule work, ensure deadlines are being met, and help remove obstacles.
- Attend client meetings, communicate status updates verbally and in writing, and proactively set client expectations.
- Develop client meeting agendas and meeting materials.
- Provide clear communication and guidance to the internal team on the what, when, and where of work that needs to be accomplished.
- Maintain clear, concise, and organized documentation of client work and status.
