With over 30 years of sales and sales management experience at a Fortune 500 company (Xerox Corporation) and 40 years in the sales profession, Jennifer Hogberg has a proven track record as a sales executive and in sales transformation. She leverages her professional experience to provide sales consulting, sales coaching, and sales execution work for business leaders.
As a sales executive and sales transformation consultant, Jennifer pulls from her successful background in sales, sales training, and sales coaching, while using the methodologies and tools from various training platforms to mentor, coach, and train sales professionals. She works with executive leaders to create change in sales behaviors and significantly improve revenue production both at individual and organizational levels.
Jennifer has spent 8+ years at Sales Empowerment Group (SEG) as a Partner & EVP of Advisory Services, where she has helped to build the sales consulting and coaching practice. In recent years, she has expanded her consultancy to work with PE firms, holding companies, and small to medium-sized businesses.
Prior to joining SEG, Jennifer worked at Revenue Storm, where she was a consultant and master deal coach handling multi-million-dollar-sized global accounts. She worked inside client organizations helping to build out sales enablement for enterprise sales organizations while increasing revenue with deal coaching and account growth coaching for key accounts.
Jennifer began her career at Xerox Corporation and succeeded in progressive roles throughout her 31-year tenure. She held numerous positions in the major accounts group ranging from corporate staff positions to alliance management to director and general manager positions in various industries. During her tenure at Xerox, she received numerous President Club and Par Club awards for sales achievements.
