Prior to joining Sales Empowerment Group as VP of Advisory Services, Mark was Head of Sales for the employer branding and recruitment platform, Built In, where he led a team of 12 in growing new business revenue by 100%, average annual contract value by 98% and new customer acquisition by 44% YoY. Previous to Built In, Mark spent 10 years at CareerBuilder in National Account Sales as well as Sales leadership. Before CareerBuilder, Mark held a variety of Sales roles at Modern Luxury, the Chicago Tribune as well as American Backhaulers.
Mark and his wife live in Winnetka, IL and are the proud parents of two young, energetic and frequently grass-stained boys. Outside of work and family life, Mark enjoys the very occasional round of golf, running, hack photography (mostly of his moving targets kids) and attempting to be handy at home.
